Pear Tree.. Asparagus.. flowers, etc.
I love to visit at my sister-in-law's house as I enjoy roaming around at her huge backyard. One thing that make me smile when I see plants here in the States is the plants that we use to grow in the Philippines to eat such as camote (sweet potato) and gabi or (taro plant) are being planted here as ornamental.
She has a big vegetable garden, I just took shots of the asparagus (left) and the lettuces and spinach.
She has two kinds of pear tree. One has gree fruit and the other has color maroon.Hope you guys are having a good Tuesday. Thanks for visiting and commenting.

I Can Do it!
My daughter has been begging me to let her give Chelsea a bath. I was hesitant to let her do it at first because the iron sink at the laundry room in our basement is too deep and tall. I let her try to do it last week and she enjoyed it so much.
Pardon for the undesirable background hehehe, our laundry area isn't done yet. That's the part where we left unfinished with our renovation.
Thanks Rye for helping Mommy take care of the doggies. I am proud of you!
Weed or Plant?
There's one green living thing that grew in my flower bed and I am not sure if it's a plant or a weed. It looks exotic so I did not bother to pull it out. Now it has a bloom and it looks like a dandelion a little bit.
This is her. does anyone know if it's a plant or a weed?
Whatever it is, it's pretty, even the old one is gorgeous!

Fern
I adore this fern that Michelle (my SIL) has in her garden. Isn't that gorgeous? I have seen so many of this when I was growing up in the Philippines but I never paid attention as they were lots of them in there. I just now had the chance to appreciate its beauty.
Thanks for visiting and Following, will visit and follow you back tomorrow.

Half Awake Moment
Bright Orange & Dark Fuchsia Lilies
These lily plants are not mine but I adore them dearly as it always brightens my day every time we visit my FIL. These are not his either but his neighbor's.
The bright orange is very pretty and so is the dark fuchsia (not sure about the color lol).
Which color do you like? The Orange or the dark fuchsia?

Daisy for Rose
I would like to greet my SIL Chris a happy happy birthday. She is celebrating her birthday today, unfortunately we weren't able to visit her because of my husband's school schedule and a friend had visited us also. We wish you good health Chris and lots of happiness!
I posted on my main blog the gerbera daisy that my father-in-law gave me for my birthday. Well, when our family and my SIL's family got together last weekend, she also gave me a pot of gorgeous gerbera daisy.

Something that grows on a Tree
Whenever I am out in the woods, one of my favorite subject to take pictures with are the trees. There's something about trees that seems to take to you every time you look at them. Weird eh?
What I love is that, you can see pretty organisms/living things growing in 'em too. Like this one (not sure what it's called) that I saw in Tomlinson Run Park.
I find it gorgeous! Do you?
Have a nice weekend everyone!

Hollyhocks?
Below is a picture of a gremlin. This is exactly what is playing in my mind when I first saw the hollyhock (not sure if that's the name of the flower but that's what I've been told) the grow in my flowerbed.
Do you see the resemblance? I took this shot when the hollyhock was getting ready to bloom.
But anyhow, before I creep you out, look how beautiful its bloom is.
This flower to me looks like a crepe paper.
Hubby said it looks like a fake flower hehehe. So there is my beautiful hollyhock turned into gremlin nyahahaha. Just kidding.
Alrighty folks, it's time for me to go to bed before i get a nightmare about the gremlin lol. Thank you so much for visiting and for leaving your valuable comments all the time, I love them! Reading comments is like my coffee time in the morning, so keep it coming folks..

Happy Birthday Mae & Chris!
My youngest sister Mae is celebrating her 17th birthday today (Yup, the day after mine heheh). She is a sophomore college student taking up Elementary Education course. I wish you more wisdom and courage to finish up your course and a courage to face all the challenges in life. Just be patient and stick to your hard work as it will help you achieve your goals in life. Remember that nothing will come to you unless you work for it. We're here to help you but you have to help yourself achieve it. We love you!
My ever loving sister-in-law will also celebrate her birthday on the 15th. Thank you so much Chris for being such a sweet sister to me. We wish you good health and lots of happiness!
