The ants are now feasting with the sweetness of peonies. THere's no ants in the photos though as I took the picture after the rain poured the other day.

I love it's scent. When we had our pomeranian dog, she used to eat the flowers of peonies lol.
DeleteMy peonies won't open for another month or so, and I can't wait. What is it about them that attracts ants?
ReplyDeleteI think they are sweet because they are always full of ants.
DeleteOur peonies don't open for another 6 weeks or so, and I can't wait. What is it about those lovelies that is so appealing to ants?
ReplyDeleteIt is truly amazing that until you look at the photos, often times you don't even realize that they are covered in ants!
