Hello everyone, how's your week so far? I have been busy this week and can't really concentrate the task I have to do online. I have to go to school again today. I volunteered in helping with the market day at SJS, so I will be out most of the day. Life is good and I am grateful! I like it that my kids love to see me in school. This is one advantage that I have being a work at home mom because I get to work and at the same time attend to my children's need in school. For those working Moms and don't have much time to tutor their kids, there is a tutoring online service that you can use for as low as $9 an hour.

Mr. Burrito did not want to go to school today but I told him that he has to go because they are preparing for the state testing next week. I told him that his beautiful classmates will be waiting for him and that they would miss him if he won't be in school. That motivated him and went lol.

Thank you very much for leaving your trails through the comment.

Cute kids! Their coloring is so sweet. Neat that you are volunteering. I volunteered at my daughter's school at different times and enjoyed it so much!

So smart of you giving motivation to your son. Kids should be encouraged more and less scolded.
ReplyDeleteYou're a great motivator, sis!
ReplyDeleteThat is so great. I am a Stay at home mom too, but with my daughter being so young and not being able to drive, it is very hard for me to attend my son's school activities. I wish that I could though.
ReplyDeleteNice that you are able to volunteer at your children's school-and even better that they do not mind!
ReplyDeleteHe is such a cutie. I am glad he decided to go.
ReplyDeleteI love to color still! Great pics1
ReplyDeletegood for you sis that you get to do it...:) cute tong katabi ni EJ, oh! hehhehe
ReplyDeleteI love the pics! It is great that you have the opportunity to volunteer at the school.
ReplyDeleteIt is good to be a work at home mom, I am one as well. Of course my 16 yo does not want me appearing at his school, but my 3 yo will be in pre-k next year and if he is not home schooled, I will be there often.
ReplyDeleteaww...nice way to encourage your kid mommy...good to hear that you like to volunteer for me. i don't know i just don't have the guts
ReplyDeleteyou are such a dedicated mom to your children. a wonderful model, your children saw the effort you gave for them and they'll appreciate it for sure
ReplyDeleteI agree with you, I volunteer once in a while at my daughter's school when the assistant teacher is absent and makes you feel great at the same time something to kill your time as a stay-home-mom.
ReplyDeleteButi ka pa sis you always had the time to do some volunteering. I have never volunteered yet, paano kasi, I can't do it with a baby in tow. I am sure your Burritos always feel great everytime they see you in school!
ReplyDeleteSeems like your little one is so motivated to go to shool for the pretty classmates who will be missing him! Lol Online tutoring is already a trend these days.
ReplyDeleteI salute you for being the well-rounded Mom that you are, Rose! You're doing an excellent job with your kids.
ReplyDeleteBTW, I got hold of the postcard you sent me yesterday. I love it. Thank you very much. Mwah!
You are a great motivator. Mr. Burrito seems to have eyes for cute young girls.
ReplyDeleteYou're really a busy mom. I'm just wondering, mahigpit ba ang mga schools diyan sa pag-absent ng bata? Because here, when a child missed a day in school, parent will be asked to report to the principa.
ReplyDeleteYour kids are adorable, specially Mr. Burrito. Haha. Kids are actually easy to motivate. Just tell them what they want to hear. Haha
