I am a little late for this week's Mommy Moment entry but I still want to post it anyway. The theme for this week is about shoes. The first photo is their shoes when they were still babies. I was going to send those to my niece and nephews to the Philippines but I decided not to since it has a lot of sentimental value to me. I would love to preserve it and give it to them when they have their own families.
This is EJ's shoes when he was baptized.
They have grown so fast and can't count how many pairs of shoes they have worn already.
Am glad I kept, their very first pairs as a remembrance.
This is my first time here in your other blog, mommy :) Its nice that you still kept EJ's baby shoes. :)
ReplyDeleteThese are pretty shoes!

ReplyDeleteang galing mo sis, na preserve mo talaga. i agree, it has lot of sentimental values. even when they grow older, matutuwa sila pag nakita nila yan.
ReplyDeleteNice shoes.. wala akong entry, di ko sila nalitratuhan na nakasapatos, lagi kasing naka paa, hehehe...
ReplyDeleteI keep most of Evan's belongings too, not just for sentimental value, but also to be used by his baby brother, hehe. Yes it seems their feet grew each day.

ReplyDeleteit has sentimental value, it is so nice of you
ReplyDeleteAww, I like those soft and plushy pink slippers! I like the brown shoes too. Nice selection. Happy MM!
Mara rival nyo pa yung collection nang shoes ni Imelda a.k.a. as Imeldific, hehehe, lol. Sa dami nang kinokolekta nang mga anak mo from stones to flowers to drie insects to old toys eh baka nga maging isang museum ang bahay nyo balang araw. Thanks for the memorable post. God bless you all always.
ReplyDeleteNakukuya mel, di naman po lahat, yung first pairs lang po hahaha.. the rest na pinaglakihan nila is sent to PI lagi kasi syanag hehehe..
ReplyDeletethose are cute tiny shoes...love them... my fave was the last one...malaki na kasi mga paa nila eh.
ReplyDeleteThe bunny crib shoes are adorable! So cute!
ReplyDeletecute ng mga shoes nila. :)
You're right, Mommy! Your kids' earlier pairs of shoes are good keepsakes. I'm sure they'll appreciate you more when they see you've kept them all these years.
ReplyDeletei kept the very first pair of shoes that I bought... very sentimental!
