Inside Google Headquarters

We are so blessed for the opportunity that was given to us in participating at the Doodle4Google Awarding ceremony at their headquarters.  Google was kind enough to accommodate all the four of us.  They initially told us that only 2 will be able to participate to the activities that was lined up that day.
Imagine, how  happy we were when we were told that all the four of us can attend  the next day.  We were like, YEAH, thanks Google!
I would have missed the beautiful  headquarters if we did not get to go.
We certainly  enjoyed every moment we have spent there.  The employees were very friendly.
I hope that  more and more families can enjoy what Google has to offer, lots of fun and education!

  4. This would really be a dream trip for me. I'd love to visit one day but not sure that will happen. Thanks for sharing your experience and the photos. Did you get to meet anyone exciting? Did you ask them WHY they won't do another page rank? Lol. That would have been my first question.

    1. Yes we were happy about it too. Hubby and daughter get to go for free (well it's a taxable freebie anyway) but we have to pay for me and my son, still worth it though.

    1. Hi Victoria. My daughter was the West Virginia winner for the Doodle4Google in 2014 and she competed against other finalist from 49 states. It was an amazing journey for us. As a winner, she was able to claim a paid for two travel perk to Google including the accommodation and all. For the additional two, we paid for it but it's worth it,

  9. Google sounds like such a fun place to work at and visit – it's really cool that they allowed all 4 of you to participate. I absolutely love Google Doodles. They are so creative and entertaining. I bet it feels amazing to have a Google Doodle selected. I had no idea that they did competitions for it.

    1. I know right? They initially told us that only two will be able to participate for the fun activities that they have set up for the participants but when we were there, they surprised us that all four of us can actually go during the scheduled activities.

  11. I had a friends that moved from Cali and the husband worked at Google, seems like a cool place to work at. Makes me think about that movie where they became interns for Google, lol. I didn't know you can actually do tours, that's pretty cool.
