Fears

Sometimes when me and my  husband  are driving around, I always admire  women here in America who can drive confidently.  The reason why I  seldom drive because of the fear that I will  have an accident and that  thought always  scares me to death as I have two kids in tow.  You might laugh at me but driving isn't really a natural thing for me.   What if I hurt someone.. ahhh, just thinking of driving makes me  nervous.. sigh.

On the lighter note, I  renewed my driver's license  last Tuesday.  My old one doesn't expire till June but I  renewed it early so I won't forget.  Anyhow, bike is the only  one I could  maneuver without fear hehehe.  This was taken last weekend.

  1. Yes, it's great to know a lawyer who can help you in times of accidents. Thanks for the post. God bless you all always.

  3. Driving brings you freedom but there is nothing like a good bike ride

  4. All it takes is a little more practice and you will become a confident driver. It looks like a fun day on bicycles though.

  5. You will get used to it eventually. Where I am, it is not safe to ride your bike in too many places. Drivers just do not notice you that much and a car is much safer.

  6. I have the same problem, but mine stems from totaling a car. Someone blew a red light and down here in Alabama the speed limits are high and I was going 50 mph. Out of no where this car goes around the ones stopped at his red light and just hits me bam sent me flying, I ended up on the grass between 3 poles. I had my son & brother in car. It scared the daylights out of me. Now I do not drive at all any more, I have bad anxiety in the car to. I try to keep it to myself while the hubby drives. I understand completely though, its been pretty much about 6 years since I have really drove. I keep a license in case an Emergency comes up though.

  7. i need to make sure that the fear of driving has to overcome, for if it is our own time to go, no matter where it will be our time. i make sure that when i'm driving i prayed first to guide me and keep me safe until i came back home.

  8. I love it! I envy you mommy since you know how to ride a bike. I don't know. I know it's humiliating. But it's nice to know all of you went for biking altogether.

  10. You just need more practice and confidence as with other things. I would feel safer if I drive my kids.
