Traveling By Water is Relaxing

If there's one thing I would like to have if given the  chance, is to have my own boat.  I grew up   in a coastal area so I am more comfortable traveling by water than driving a car.  There's something when you travel by  water that's relaxing.    Below is one of the photos my husband took when we visited my hometown back in the Philippines few years ago.  Looking at this picture makes me nostalgic and  wish I could go home and visit family.

Below are some photos I took during our  vacation in  Ocean City  in July this year.  Seeing the ocean  made us very excited.
I am so glad that we were able to  go on a vacation this year.  The kids needed it to relive the fun that they had when we had our  fun-filled vacation in  Texas last year.  Just seeing the ocean somehow relieved  my homesickness.  That's why I took a lot of photos  so I can take a look at them when I am homesick lol.

  1. I agree with you. It is definitely relaxing. Aside from that, if you are traveling closely with land, you will enjoy nature as well.

  2. I am scared of travelling by water so it doesn't relax me at all.

  3. some people don't find it relaxing and get! I'm glad I don't get sick...:) kakamiss ang pinas sis ano?!

  4. you are absolutely right, nothing beats a good and noise free relaxation away from the land.

  5. It is indeed - especially if its just all about leisure :)

  6. I love anything water too, it's ridiculous how much you pay for the house just to be in the water.

  7. Unlike you, I'm not very comfortable traveling by boat, ferry or any water vehicle. That's because I'm not a very good swimmer. In case something happens, I cannot save myself. Sigh! But I'm glad to hear that you had a fun vacation with your family.

  8. beautiful photos and definitely I agree with your thoughts. Traveling by sea is just relaxing and fun pa.

I love comments so leave me a line or two and I will follow your trail and comment back.
