Sun flower, Cosmos, Etc..

My lone sun flower at our front yard. Birds  look forward to this  big sun flower.  They seem to   save one seed  that comes back every year.
A beautiful shadow underneath the slide at Clarke Field Park, in Hancock County.
A random shot I took of the Mountaineer Casino.
My cosmos are now blooming.  I only have yellow though.  I wish to  have more colors like white and pink.  Maybe next year, I will add some other colors.
My son and I planted some hibiscus by our fence and they are now blooming.
Sometimes I get confused of  the names of the flowers  because some people calls them differently.  some people call hibiscus rose of sharon so I searched it  and wikepedia gave me this result.

Hibiscus syriacus is a widely cultivated ornamental shrub in the genus Hibiscus. Common names include Rose of Sharon, Shrub Althea, Rose Althea and St Joseph's rod. Wikipedia
