Gymnastics Equipment

My husband and I arranged all the exercise equipment that we acquired last year from our kind neighbor and a friend. We got five equipment for free. We bought some gym padding at the store last week and we laid it on top of the hardwood floor before we put the gym equipment. We still need a pack of the padding to complete the setup because the blowflex is still on the other side of our basement. I exercise a little bit yesterday but stopped after a while. I teased my husband that if he gains weight, it is is his dang fault and that applies to me too lol. If some of you want to exercise with me, just give me a call, it's free to use our gym equipment hehehe. It's nice to have your own exercise machines but the problem is motivation. Sometimes you neglect to exercise despite of the equipment that you have due to lack of motivation. The good thing about exercising at your home is that, you get to inspire your kids to do it as well. My daughter runs i at our treadmill once in a while when hubby and I exercise too.

My husband asked our daughter if she would be interested in gymnastics and she said no no right away. She is very interested with ballet but not into gymnastics. But, she is only six so she might change with her interests later on, who knows. I thought that she would be interested because she seems to like watching gymnastics on TV with me. Looking at the selection of gymnastics equipment at Nimble Supply website reminds me of the times when my family would sit and would watch some gymnasts in action on TV. It amazes me when they can easily do their stunts or routine or whatever you call that on horizontal bars and balance beam.
