Pine Cones

Our Burritos always wants to have a place of their own even on holiday decorations so we put their Christmas stuffed toys in our hallway.
I assembled these basket with Christmas candles and filled it with the pine cones that I painted   few years ago.  My sister-in-law gave me some pine cones and she also lent me  her  glitters and paints.
We used to put these Christmas candles at our windows but I decided to put it in the middle of the  basket of pine cones this time.
I think it turned out well.
What do you think?

  2. Your pine cones came out perfectly, and make a very lovely arrangement. I like the colors - still very much with an autumn flair, yet can transition nicely into the Christmas season.

    Happy Pink Saturday,

  6. We think of pine cones as refuse, trash. The creative mind, however, sees these beauties as works of art, ready t be transformed into holiday works of art. Which these are! Decorating for Christmas is fun, if you make the decorations, even more fun!
