Crab Apple

We have two kinds of apple trees at our back yard. One is edible and one is ornamental. My sister-in-law Michelle told me that the ornamental one is called crab apple. I love its bloom and it smells so good too. I took these shots when it was just starting to bloom.

I'll post the next series of photos next time when it's fully bloomed already. It's very pretty, although it attracts a lot bzzzzz bee hehehe.

These are just few shots that I took when they are just starting to bud.

Have a lovely day everyone and thanks fpor leaving your trail here at my page.

White or Red?

One of the things I love most about Spring is the abundance of beautiful flowers everywhere you go. I took these two shots when my daughter and I went for a long walk last weekend. I am not sure of what they are called but they are sure pretty! Don't you think?
Which color do you pick, white or red?
Have a blessed Sunday everyone! Will visit you back after church.

Blue Eggs from Robin

I have posted at my main blog the Robin's Nest that we found at our back porch the other day which contain three eggs. Yesterday, while my husband and I were talking about our plan at our front porch, I saw a nest at the corner of it so I told my husband to check on it and guess how much eggs were in it when he clicked the camera?
There's five of them, holy guacamole. This robin is very hardworking lol.
I really wanna see them when they're hatched.. Please check out the pother one through the link above.

Serenity

I can't help myself not to take a picture of the serenity of this scene when I was sitting at my FIL's back porch yesterday afternoon. The sky is so clear and the pine tree provide some cool shade to the sparrows under it.
Have a good weekend everyone!

SICK.. both of them..

I thought that it was only my son that's sick when I got up this morning but our daughter is too. They are both fevered although Rylie did not vomit but their fever were both 103. They did not feel a little better until this evening, hopefully the bath help their fever subside. I kept wiping a cold rug on their body this morning and had them drink a lot of fluids.
It was a little funny because my son is like me, he doesn't like medicine or doctors or going to the hospital (exactly me). So when he was resistant of what I was doing, I told him that I need to do it or else I have to take him to the doctor and the doctor will give him the meds and a bobo. So he let me do it, he also eat, drink water, and take his medicine.
I made them their favorite alphabet and number pasta with carrots and celery with soup. Hopefully, they will be fine tomorrow. Thanks for the prayers guys! Gotta hit the bed now too since I was short with my sleep last night, well its almost midnight now anyway lol.. So goodnight everyone. Thanks again for the visits and comments!

Mellow Yellow

We had a tree like this one in front of our yard and my FIl had one at the back of our yard. It is pretty when Spring is just starting because the flowers just blooms in spurts but it don't last very long though.
A flower given by SIl to my FIl last Easter. It smells so good that I turned into a bumble bee there for while lol (just kidding.)

In Full Bloom

Now that the trees are in full bloom, it is beautiful to go for a walk, your eyes would be able to really enjoy the beautiful scenery along the way. I took this shot of the tree "COVERED" with flowers when we went to PA last Wednesday.
We had a pretty hard rainfall today over here, hopefully, tomorrow will be a good day. Goodnight everyone.

St. Joseph School

Here's the only shot that I was able to snap when we registered our daughter to St. Joseph school on April 8 last week. It was raining that day so all of us were on our umbrellas which makes this post qualifies for watery Wednesday hehehe.
As I have mentioned on my other blog, we did not get all the infos we need for Rylie's school because our little one freaked out and we chose to just left. We did however successfully registered her in school. It was weird because I felt like, a part of me was giving my daughter away for some reason that I couldn't understand.

Helping Pap

My husband called my FIL the other just to check on him but he wasn't answering so we wnt there and it turned out that he was busy cleaning his car. The kids immediately offered help, Rylie love to help in cleaning vehicle so he help Pap hosing the car and EJ offered to clean Pap's chairs at the porch.
Good job guys!

Playful Bite

Champ marked another playful bite on the kids face and this time on Rylie's face. Him and Rylie were playing playing the other night and he suddenly bit her on her face. It was mild but still left a teeth mark. He was sorry after he did that though, you can see in his face how sorry he looked like when I was scolding him. I know it wasn't his fault because they were just playing but still, he's not suppose to bite.

Angel's Foot for Wordless Wednesday

Wondering whose cute foot is this?
Tadah! It's our little darling Gracie's! I took this picture when we were hanging out at Dad's backyard during the Easter celebration. Me and Jen were having some chit chat time with Gracie and saw this precious time of capturing this little angel's foot. Isn't that lovely?
Have a blessed Wednesday everyone. We'll be on the road shortly so see you soon in your blogs later, thanks for visiting and for leaving your footprints here on my blogs.

Shoes .. then and now

I am a little late for this week's Mommy Moment entry but I still want to post it anyway. The theme for this week is about shoes. The first photo is their shoes when they were still babies. I was going to send those to my niece and nephews to the Philippines but I decided not to since it has a lot of sentimental value to me. I would love to preserve it and give it to them when they have their own families.

This is EJ's shoes when he was baptized.

They have grown so fast and can't count how many pairs of shoes they have worn already.
Am glad I kept, their very first pairs as a remembrance.

Pretty in Pink

This is another shot I took when we went to Lowe's but forgot to get the name of the flower. I don't want to get caught taking pictures of their flowers you know hahaha so I kinda in a hiding mode when I did it so pardon me if I can't share what it is. Do you know?
Have a blessed Sunday everyone. We're off to church.. Thanks for visiting and commenting.

Flowers for you MOM

Now that the flowers are starting to bloom again, am receiving some petals each day from my daughter. After she and her Dad cleaned the truck the other day, she came inside the house and handed me this tiny weeny set of flowers from our garden and said "Flowers for you Mom!" Oh so sweet, thanks so much sweetie!
Thanks Ms. Poody baby for holding it for Mommy!
Have a lovely Monday everyone!

EJ's Guide to Alphabet

EJ is a total opposite to our daughter, I tried teaching him write and read the alphabe t but he is not that patient compared to Rylie. I think he isn't ready yet, but.. he love learning it through this leap frog alphabet guide toy that Ninang Raquel gave him during his birthday.

It's a good toy because it shows how to write the lower and upper case letters It also shows how to draw certain things.

Have a good night everyone. I will be going to sleep early tonight since I did not sleep well last night.

Ring Candy

When we were still in Korea, every time we goes to the BX, our burritos would sneak out to the candy section and get this ring suckers or candies. I don't know why they love it because I tried to stuff one of those in my kisser and my jaw hurts lol because it's too big lol..

Orchids for Easter

I took these group of orchid flowers when we went to Lowe's last weekend. I would love to grow some orchids but they are a little too expensive for me so I would just feast my eyes in the store lol.

Have a happy Easter everyone!

Lunchtime!

I just got done cooking lunch and my husband is now eating. When he arrived, I gave him two tasks to write while I was cooking and he did it pretty quick so its my turn to write the last one. I mentioned on my other blog that I was going to make some menudo but I did not have the mix so I ended up making adobo instead t was still good though. After this, I will eat first then I'll finish up the task from BVT.
