My husband steamed vac our carpet last weekend and he asked me if we could change our curtains from the windows. I told him to just wait a little time until we could save to buy for a new set of curtains. The color of our existing curtains is maroon which is a good color combination with out couch. I was thinking that if we change the curtain, we will also change the couch and that would be a big expense.
I think if there's a thing that we can do is to replace the damaged blinds in order to get some good insulation to our home during the winter season. I think blackout blinds will be a nice choice. It's a simple style but will definitely help to save some cash. I like the idea of using roller blinds.
