Call it crazy but my husband is being obsessed with real estate lately. He has been browsing all the properties that are for sale around our area and scouting for a good deal. He talked to a financing agent this morning t see if we would qualify for another mortgage. The agent said that we qualify but I told my husband to just wait because we don't really need to do it right now, especially that our budget is limited.
I told him to just wait till he graduates before making a big decision as he never know what his future job will bring us next. We might end up going to North or South Carolina, who knows. If that happens, we can just browse the Wilmington Homes and Properties Available Here and other places ad we are good to go. Right now, I am contented to where we are because it is near to everything (ie. school, store, post office, and etc.) His main concern is when both of our kids are grown up already as we will really need a bigger house. Right now, both of our kids are sharing a room. So maybe later on, we can find one that will suit our family's needs.
My kids have always had separate rooms, but I visited my Aunt in California a while back. I liked her set up. The kids (one of each) shared a room with bunk beds, and the other room was their play room. I thought that was pretty neat. -EW
