We have decided to get a Dog

I mentioned to my previous post that our children are longing to have a pet of their own. So my husband and I decided to get us a dog as soon as we get back to the mainland. It's quite cheaper to buy a dog in here but the problem is the traveling requirements. The savings that we will get in buying the dog here will cost us much in transporting the dog to the mainland. We will just wait till we get back, but yeah, in 60 days, we will be heading home.

Pixel bug weekend

We spent our pixel bug weekend at the lake where we usually goes, our favorite place to hangout to enjoy a family walk with lots of fresh air and green scenery. We met a Filipina named Diana and her two daughters.

It was our first time going there where water was very very low.
This used to be full of water when the tide is high
Mr. Impatient want to go for a walk already while Daddy and Rylie were still feeding the fish.
It wasn't as good as when the tide is high because the fish were kicking the mud and we can't see them very good.

My burritos found a pile of sand so they played with it.
Even if it's dirty, we let them play because they certainly love it.
Then they wash their hands after wards.
They met this Korean boy who played with them for a while.

After our long walk, my husband and I sat in one of the kiosk but burritos just keep playing
It's nice to see that our kids appreciates the beauty of nature.

The Legal Process of Moving.. etc.

We are down to sixty eight days till our next move going back to the mainland. My husband is starting to prepare all the legal documents that we need to do and sign before we started packing. We are all very excited to get back to our own home and be with our family once again. Living in your own home is very much different from living in a temporary house that you were assigned with.

I remember how excited and at the same nervous I was when we decided to finally buy own abode. After looking at a good number of houses for sale that the sale agent showed us, we finally settle to one that bot my husband and I like. Closing a deal involves a lot of legal transactions and signing of documents. We've gone through conveyancing solicitor, a legal document that a property solicitor has done which covers the contract of the sale.

Along with the process of buying a house is the house conveyancing. Since we used a VA loan to finance the purchase, they sent a surveyor to evaluate the house and informed us with the report through a written document. It is the same way if you are selling or buying a property, you will also undergo a process called property conveyancing. Buying or selling a house is definitely a major decision that needs a careful planning and decision making.

I am glad that my husband is almost done with his services in the Navy. Although I enjoy traveling, it is also difficult transferring from one place to another. And that is the nature of being in the military, you have to deal with a lot of travelling if you want to be with your family. But anyhow, 68 days will be over soon and we will finally be reunited with our family back home. The pressure and stress is already getting into me just by thinking of our upcoming move.
