Scrambled Egg

My daughter Rylie is very very interested in learning the household chores especially in the kitchen. My kids both love eggs, so one time I showed my daughter how to make a scrambled egg and then next thing I know, she wants to do it everyday!
She know's how to make it now, although I have to prepare the stove for her.

Here's her very first creation! A cheesy scrambled egg. She love cheese so she never forget to put some grated cheese in it.

Sometimes during weekend, she always prepares toasted bread and tea for his Dad. Happy Mellow Yellow Monday everyone!

  14. A child is never to young to learn and you are right to never pass up the chance to teach them something new.

My husband is a retired sailor and he also married a Filipino. We just returned from visiting with his children and grandchildren in California. You have a lovely family.

Just a suggestion! If your husband will speak to the children only in english and you only speak to them in Tagalog you will raise children that are bilingual without much effort and it will help to keep them in touch with both halves of their heritage. Hubby did not insist that his children learn Tagalog and now they are in their thirties and trying to learn it. Not easy as an adult. But, their children are doing great but having to go to school to learn instead of at home as it should have been.

  31. Great shots and what a perfect time to let her learn to cook - I've always believed anything we teach them when they are young are the things that will stick with them, if we wait until the age the need to know it's too late!
