First Carabao Ride

Its time for Camera Critters adventure.

During my brother's wake, my husband, kids and I always go for a walk at the seashore to entertain the kids. One day we were collecting some shells and I saw this guy with a carabao and carriage unloading their copra. So I asked him if our kids can ride on the carabao and he was nice to let us. So here's our children's first carabao ride experience (a real carabao this time). You might remember my old posts of them riding his dad's back and pretending that he is a carabao because they saw my picture riding a carabao lol.
At first EJ did not like it but then he realized that the carabao will not move unless you tell him too, he did not want to get off anymore lol..
Have you ever ride on a carabao or a bull? I could remember when I was young, my late brother taught me how to ride in it without falling. Carabao is also one major transportation means in our place, they are still using it even now. They used them to pull the carriage full of copras from remote areas to bring it in the seashore. The boats then carries it to town.

I was amazed when I came home after five years of being away because the roads going to our hometown is being built progressively. You can now travel by motorcycle from town to our place. I think soon enough, people will start buying car parts for their vehicle instead of buying parts for their boats.
